- I came across people standing in front of this wall, they look left and right to see if someone is watching and when they see that it is safe, they secretly take an object and put it in their pocket or bag - says a neighbor of Hilandarska street where these strange items are found

Much like Zagreb has its own Museum of Broken Relationships, Belgrade too, has its own, which is outdoors. If you've passed by Hilandarska street in the center of Belgrade, and you encountered the wall on which there are old items lined up, surely you've wondered why they are there and what their purpose is.

They are selected with special care and have their own meaning, have a look what they are...

THIS IS HOW THE SOUL OF BELGRADE SOUNDS LIKE: Play this and close your eyes. You will be enchanted (VIDEO)

According to one of the neighbors, this began a long time ago, when the creator of this Belgrade exhibition found a small figurine in his mailbox, left by his ex-girlfriend.

- It all started three years ago when the creator of the Belgrade exhibition found a little figurine in his mailbox which was left there by his ex-girlfriend - began a neighbor familiar with this interesting story.

This gesture of the former lover made the creator of "the Belgrade exhibition of Broken Relationships" leave an object almost daily. Soon after, the mailbox was filled to the last place with different figurines implying love, and so he expanded the collection.

Next weekend will be spectacular in Belgrade, here's what you mustn't miss!

- Much like love occupies a man, so did the gathering of love items do to the creator, he was possessed by the desire for collectibles that symbolizes love, and  expanded the exhibition, arranging the figurines on the first window on the mezzanine of the building, and then to the wall of the building - said the neighbor.

Some think that it is the "wall of exchange," but they are wrong. From here you can take an object, of course, if you want. The creator will not be angry, but you will amuse him, because in the neighborhood, it is rumored that his favorite part of this presentation is to put people in temptation, allowing them freedom to forever borrow something that is not theirs.

- I came across people standing in front of this wall, they look left and right to see if someone is watching and when they see that it is safe, they secretly take an object and put it in their pocket or bag. There are those who leave an item that they no longer need, but are in the minority - says the neighbor, adding that this is all rather sweet and does not mind when an object disappears.  He adds:

- The creator of this unconventional exhibition exclusively choses "discarded" items - those that people think have no value and thus demonstrates the paradox of this world. So, here you can see everything from a needle to a locomotive, and what is most important is that the setting of the exhibits are constantly changing.

The opinions of passersby were divided.

- I pass by this street every day and I think it is a mockery, I do not get the point, but it also scares me a little. I would not touch this or demolish, but I turn my head to the other  side every time - said Milijana. While Nenad believes that it is precisely because of this street exhibition that this street became popular.

- I think that this wall gives the street a mystical charm. Almost every passerby stops and wonders what this is and who set it up. I am especially glad that many take pictures and post them on the social media networks. Over time, this street became known just by this wall - said Nenad.

- I think it's a great way to express creativity and that Belgrade has a chance to see something different - said 23-year-old Ana.

While some think that the exhibition is just one in a series of nonsense, for many it is more than that, likewise for the creator of this unusual street art.
