Erdogan and Vucic on the telephone, the Turkish president said: I will support every agreement of Serbs and Albanians
Vucic talked with Erdogan about bilateral relations and the situation in the region, stated the office for cooperation with the media of the President of the Republic
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed, in a telephone conversation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, the need for Belgrade and Pristina to continue the dialogue in order to find a compromise solution and he stated that he will support every agreement the Serbs and Albanians make.
Erdogan said he expects President Vucic as a guest at the opening ceremony of the new, third airport in Istanbul on the Day of the Republic of Turkey on October 29th, and that new contracts on road construction will be signed on that occasion, especially the contract on the road Novi Pazar - Tutin.
President Vucic and President Erdogan agreed that the bilateral relations between Serbia and Turkey are at a steady pace, as political dialogue is intense and economic cooperation is growing.
They noted that Bosniaks in Serbia, who live in the Raska-Polim region or Sandzak, are the bridge between the two countries.
The two interlocutors agreed to immediately begin preparations for the official visit of President Erdogan to Serbia in 2019.
