After they had stolen all valuable things from their houses, they were taken to the camp in which they were located near Avignon. Serbian boss had "two lieutenants" in the camp, and if the girls returned without the loot, they would be punished.

- The burglars would first ring the door, and if no one opened they would break in and they would steal anything of value - the police announced, adding that the crimes were committed last year in the cities from Perpignan to Cannes.

The largest amount of robberies was conducted in the department Gar, located in the city of Nimes.

The gang of girls stole jewelry the most, gold, and expensive watches, reports the site "Thelocal.fr".

In September last year, police arrested two teenagers who broke into a house in Vergez near Nimes and then began to suspect that it was an organized gang.

It was later discovered that the families sold their own children to the criminal network and that they received 40.000 to 80.000 euros for them.

The police confiscated 6 kg of gold, 430 pieces of jewelry and other objects of value, 25.000 euros in cash and 40 expensive watches whose value is estimated to 150.000 euros.

Photos of the stolen items will be posted on the Facebook page of "Gendarmerie du Gard" so that the owners can recognize and return them.
