Stories about rude tourists can be heard for quite some time on various destinations around the world. According to the statistics, tourists from Britain are in the lead, and our neighbors from Croatia started complaining about them too. However, that is slowly forgotten since the Croats have a new concern, and that is IndiansAccording to the tourist workers from Croatia, the system of caste is still present with some Indians and it makes them very rude to the guides and the staff of the hotels.

- I do not like stereotypes, but tourist workers have a lot of problems with the Indians lately. These people are used to caste, and then they behave badly towards us. Such a bad behavior is really a rule, and not an exception - said Frane Vuka tourist guide for Slobodna Dalmacija.

He points out that he is living in this business and is aware that every guest must be respected, but there must be some limits.

He also told one interesting situation.

These Indians traveling from higher caste are used to behave to the hotel staff and us like we are less valuable people. They literally want us, guides, to obey them just because they are paying us, they think we have caste system in Croatia. One rich Indian woman said to me while we waited: Do you know, boy, what caste I am? We don't wait in lines!"

On the other hand, nothing pleases them, they often like to change rooms in hotels, I saw them trying to bargain in shops. It would be nice if they studied the destination where they are going before they went to a foreign country - said Vuka.

Few more tourist guides confirm his story, reports Slobodna Dalmacija.

All the best to about all guests, but that is not true for Indians. I don't want to generalize, but they really take their customs from India here and they want us to be obedient and to satisfy all of their whims - said one tourist worker.
