Macedonian police has questioned around 30 people so far, but they didn't reach the murderer of the former pimp and one of the main bosses of Albanian mafia Dilaver Bojku, known as Leku (58), who was murdered on August 14th around 17:00 h in front of the visitors of beach restaurant Aqua Blue on Struga, which he held under concession.

Investigation about the liquidation of drug-boss the entire Balkan is talking about: Vendetta scheduled in December 2015?

Bojku was sitting that day in a restaurant with his close friend from his birth place Velesta. His son Ermin was nearby. An unknown person walked into the restaurant in a critical moment, behind Dilaver Bojku's back, took out the "magnum" gun and steadily shot him directly into his temple. Bojku fell down to the ground, and the murderer started running towards the station Karaorman.

Two of the guests wanted to catch him and hold him until the police arrived, but they soon gave up the chase because the unknown man shot twice at them. The killer got on the motorcycle, which was previously prepared to escape, and disappeared in the unknown direction.

The police have been searching for the killer, as well as the motives behind the murder.

The police made a photo robot of the killer based on the descriptions of the witnesses of the crime. He is a 30-year-old man, poorly developed, about 170 cm tall, who had a dark t-shirt at the time of the murder, dark short trousers, and dark sandals on his feet, he was wearing a white summer hat on his head, and dark sunglasses.

Although it can be said that this is professional, hired killer, who liquidated Dilaver Bojku in cold blood, it is speculated in public that it was perhaps blood revenge.

It is even pointed at the possible killer - the father of the murdered young man Sitem Istrefi (23), whose family has been threatening Bojku with blood revenge for a long time. Members of the Istrefi family from the village Dolna Belica and Bojku from the village Velesta drew blood two years ago around the concessions of the beaches on the coast of Strug lake.

The escalation of the conflict took place on December 13, 2015, in the village of Ezerski Lojza near Struga, where Sitem Istrefi was murdered in armed clashed, and his brother Prentim Istrefy was seriously wounded. The son and the brother of Dilaver Bojku participated. His brother, Baskim Bojku (45) was seriously wounded, and he is now in prison, while his son Ermin is on the run.

Analyzing the whole case, "Nova Makedonija" rejects blood revenge as a possible motive for the killing of Bojku. This journal from Skopje has unofficial information that can cast light on the entire case.

Referring to the relevant source who was present at the critical moment in a critical place, the killer said in the Serbian language: "Now you are useless".

According to the people who are familiar with the crime, this fact doesn't refer to the blood vengeance. They stress that the one who "avenging", approaches the victim from the front, and not from the back, to look at their eyes and to confirm that it is a blood vengeance.

This was missing in the case of Dilaver Bojku.

The words of people close to the family of Dilaver Bojku are confirming this. Namely, according to the source referring to "Nova Makedonia, Bojku's family received a call from a man from Istrefi family, saying: "This is not my job. I will take the blood myself", which clearly shows that the murder of the former pimp and one of the main bosses of Albanian mafia is not a blood vengeance, but a motive to search on the other side.

It's a possibility that he was executed by the mafia holding the prostitution in the West because Bojku spread in Austria and England and that bothered them.

Bojku owned few night clubs in village Velesta and Struga at the beginning of 2000, which worked like brothels. He was arrested and sentenced to 6 months in prison in 2003 for human trafficking but he managed to escape in June. He was arrested in Ulcinj just 2 weeks later and returned to Macedonia, where he was sentenced to 3.8 years for prostitution.

After serving his sentence, he was released in 2007, and he was arrested again two years later for disturbing public peace and order. Soon after, together with his son Ermin, they were arrested for attacking the police officer with a knife.

The former mayor of Struga, Zijadin Sela, reported to the police that Bojku threatened to kill him in 2003 because the local government demolished his illegal object built close to Struga beach.
