Vucic: I'll have meetings with many world officials over the next two weeks, I believe including with Trump

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said today that during the next two weeks he will have the opportunity to meet with numerous world officials, including US President Donald Trump.
"I believe that I will have the opportunity to meet with President Trump. I don't have a full confirmation yet, but I believe that it will happen," Vucic said during a tour of the works on the Preljina-Pozega section of the Milos Veliki highway.
He said this is response to journalists asking for a comment on the claims made by students organizing blockades that "the next two weeks are crucial for Serbia."
Vucic added that we will receive everal EU officials, such as Marta Kos, Kaja Kallas, Antonio Costa, all during in the next 15 days, and stated that he is going to travel to Moscow.
"We will talk with all the key, most important people in the world," Vucic pointed out.
He said that due to protests and blockades, Serbia has a reduced growth rate.
"We now have to revise all our forecasts, we must see by how much less wages and pensions will increase. Because they have been destroyed the country for six months and then it's difficult to find that money," Vucic said.
Speaking about the Preljina-Pozega section, Vucic stressed that it is key to connecting western Serbia with Belgrade, but also with the rest of the country.
The president added that Americans are interested in building the Kraljevo-Novi Pazar road, as well as the section from Pozega to Kotroman.
