President Vucic reveals whether he will attend the funeral of Pope Francis

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said last night that Prime Minister Djuro Macut will attend the funeral of Pope Francis on Saturday.

Vucic received an invitation to attend the funeral in the Vatican, where dozens of leaders from the world's most powerful countries will be present.

However, Vucic revealed, Prime Minister Macut will go instead.

The funeral of Pope Francis on Saturday in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican will be attended by dozens of leaders of the most powerful countries in the world, as well as countries with predominantly Christian and Catholic populations.

Pope Francis' funeral will begin on Saturday at 10 am in St. Peter's Square, and he will be buried, according to his wishes, in the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome.
