Dacic: Notices for Dodik and Stevandic under preliminary examination by Interpol task force

Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic has stated that the request for international notices for Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandic is currently in the preliminary review phase by Interpol's Notices and Diffusions Task Force (NDTF), which checks compliance with the organization's statute and rules.
"Currently, the request for international notices for Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandic is in the stage of preliminary review by the NDTF, which checks compliance with the statute and rules of the organization.
The engagement of the Republic of Serbia in this process has resulted in the prevention of notices becoming enforceable, thereby ensuring the safety and protection of its citizens.
The final decision is made by the Commission for the Control of Interpol Files (CCF), which meets at least three times a year, and the next session is scheduled for the period between April 7 and 11.
The Republic of Serbia respects international institutions and the legal framework, but will not deviate from its procedures in protecting the rights and interests of its citizens.
Serbia will remain committed to this process and actively participate in all steps, in order to ensure that the decision is made in favor of our citizens, justice and lawfulness," stated Dacic.
