"I expect that one of the most important intelligence services in the world, the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation, will send their delegation of experts to Belgrade as soon as possible and that they will come out with a clear view of what happened during the protest held on March 15," Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin told RTS on Wednesday.

"We have nothing to hide, there isn't a single reason not to give an opportunity to the whole world and Western and Eastern intelligence services, experts, to come here, establish the facts for themselves and end this lie."

Vulin added that their mandate would be to determine what happened and whether sonic weapons were used (against protesters), and if so in what way.

"I don't know that any government has ever been so transparent and said - come and check. I am sure that the FSB will do it as soon as possible, and for us as a society and the Government of Serbia, it is of the greatest importance that this lie is debunked once and for all."

Asked what Serbia's close security cooperation with Russia entails, Vulin said that cooperation with a superpower such as Russia is of the greatest importance for our country.

"The world is changing. This is no longer a unipolar world, where only one power decides, a multipolar world that is being created, which will clearly rest on some 'future Yalta' and where decisions will be made by the US, Russia, China and probably some other important and large countries. It is of the greatest importance for Serbia to have the best possible relations with each of those countries, and especially with Russia, which is our brotherly country, an ally. We should not doubt the Russian services, the Russian intelligence strength, for us it's very beneficial to have the best possible communication. After all, when did Russia ever ask for something from us, when did it ask for something that was not good for us, and when did it fail to support us regarding important issues?," Vulin asked, and stressed that Russia absolutely supports Serbia in the fight against a "color revolution" - but not because it wants to interfere in our internal affairs.

"The essence of international law is that everyone has the right to their own path, rather than have someone else organize protests and insurrection in their countries because they think differently, and specifically, because we (Serbia) will not impose sanctions against the Russian Federation," Vulin said.
