Vucic and Oreshkin talk cooperation and strengthening of relations between Serbia and Russia

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic received on Sunday in Belgrade Maksim Oreshkin, the deputy head of the administration of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

During the meeting, they confirmed commitment to strengthening relations between the two countries.

"A good meeting with Maksim Oreshkin, where commitment to strengthening relations between Serbia and Russia in all areas was once again confirmed," Vucic posted on Instagram.

He added that during the meeting opinions were exchanged regarding cooperation in the field of energy, trade and many other segments of importance for both sides.

Oreshkin has been on an official visit to Serbia since Saturday. Speaking to the Russian press after one of his meetings, he confirmed that Vucic would travel to Moscow on May 9, Victory Day, and meet with President Putin while in the Russian capital.
