Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issues order to bring in Dodik, Viskovic and Stevandic

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), whose activities are prohibited in the Serb Republic (RS, Serb entity in BiH), has issued an order to the court police to bring in RS President Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic and RS National Assembly President Nenad Stevandic, ATV has learned.
According to the media outlet, the order was issued by prosecutor Cazim Hasanspahic, while from the point of view of the RS unconstitutional prosecution accuses the three of committing the criminal offense of "attacking the constitutional order."
The Prosecutor's Office issued the order to the court police, and requested the assistance of the RS interior ministry, as well as the SIPA agency - the latter is also prohibited from operating in the RS.
Milorad Dodik's lawyer, Goran Bubic, stated yesterday that he, as the legal representative, was not aware of the existence of a subpoena served by the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office of BiH to the RS president under the current Law on Criminal Procedures.
"My proposal, even my plea, is that prosecutors really pay attention to the fact that (high representative) Schmidt had not been confirmed by the UN Security Council," said Bubic.
Previously, the 19th issue of the RS Official Gazette contains decrees of four laws that were adopted by the RS National Assembly during a Special Session on February 27, namely:
- Law on non-application of laws and prohibition of activities of extra-constitutional institutions of BiH,
- Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the RS,
- Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the RS and
- Law on the Special Register and Transparency of Work of Non-Profit Organizations.
These laws, among other things, prohibit the operation of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, SIPA, and VSTS of BiH.
