Serbia's big victory in Paris! Attempt to give so-called Kosovo "special guest" status fails

A meeting of the political committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is underway in Paris.

The fifth item on the agenda was the initiative for so-called Kosovo to receive the status of a special guest, but this was rejected.

Pristina's letter was sent back in November, when they tried to get the issue voted on.

When the chairman opened the meeting, the agenda was voted on and - 21 members of the political committee voted for Serbia's proposal to remove that item from the agenda, and 10 were against, Serbian National Assembly President Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday.
