Pristina: Votes from seven polling stations are yet to be counted

The Central Election Commission in Pristina has not yet announced the final results of the election for the assembly of the provisional institutions, held on Sunday.

The Commission's website currently states that votes from seven polling stations have not yet been counted.

According to the latest update on the website from last night at 22:12, out of 2,533 polling stations, votes from 2,526 had been processed.

The Self-Determination Movement continues to lead with 40.84 percent, or 341,672 votes.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo is in second place with 22.05 percent, or 184,499 votes, and the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo is third with 17.67 percent, or 147,827 votes.

In fourth is the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, which has 7.45 percent or 62,309 votes.

According to this data, the Serb List has so far received 4.55 percent, or 38,083 votes.

Votes from conditional polling stations and votes cast by persons with special needs have not been counted yet.

The Commission's website was down for several hours on Sunday evening, when preliminary election results were supposed to be published, and later the data was updated very slowly.

The Office of the Chief Prosecutor in Pristina announced that the Basic Prosecutor's Office requested information from the Commission regarding the problems in the functioning of the site, in order to determine whether there were any abuses.

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic stated that the Commission in not entering Serb votes, and that  the situation with the counting of votes after the election in the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija is tantamount to "utter disarray."
