PM Vucevic receives US Ambassador Hill on farewell visit

Prime Minister of Serbia Milos Vucevic today received US Ambassador Christopher Hill on a farewell visit and wished him success in his future professional engagements.

The prime minister's cabinet announced that Vucevic assessed that during his mandate Ambassador Hill did many important things for both countries, as well as that he became familiar with the specific and complex situations and problems that Serbia is facing.

It is stated that in a friendly conversation, the interlocutors exchanged opinions regarding international politics and the situation in the region.

Ambassador Hill thanked the prime minister for his support and understanding during his time in Belgrade.

He assessed that Serbia is on the right path and wished the prime minister to continue working in a dedicated manner on the development of the country and preserving peace.

Hill concluded that Serbia and the US have much more in common and things that connects them, than the those that distance these two countries from each other, said the statement.
