Man who already served time for domestic violence suspected of murdering his mother in Srbobran

M.R. (69), whose body was found this morning in her family house in Srbobran, was murdered by her son, Telegraf.rs has learned.

After the body was discovered, the suspect was arrested. The police took him out of the house and into their car.

According to the neighbors, he "liked to have a drink" and previously abused his wife. The suspect was recently released from prison, where he served a sentence for domestic violence.

According to unofficial reports, the woman's body was found in the family home with numerous injuries inflicted to her head and body.

The public prosecutor was also at the scene this morning.

Earlier in the day, an ambulance crew that arrived could only pronounce the victim dead.
