Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic today signed a book of mourning that was opened at the embassy of Montenegro in Belgrade, after the murder of 12 and wounding of four people on the first day of this year in Cetinje.

"Serbia mourns together with Montenegro for the innocent victims in Cetinje. We share, as brothers, the same sorrow for the lost lives. But we also share concern for the future of our people, which must be peaceful. Serbia stands with Montenegro when it is most difficult, as Montenegro stood with Serbia. May the tragedies we experienced never repeat," Minister Dacic wrote, according to the Ministry of Interior.

On January 1, mass shooter Aco Martinovic killed 12 people, including two boys aged 10 and 13, and seriously injured four people before committing suicide.
