Serbian President Vucic receives New Year's and Christmas greetings from dozens of foreign officials

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has received holiday greetings from numerous foreign officials on the occasion of the upcoming New Year, and Christmas holidays.

Serbian Orthodox Christians celebrate Christmas on January 7.

Among those who sent messages to Vucic are President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Poland Andrzej Duda, as well as President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Other officials included Slovenian President Natasa Pirc Musar, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Ireland Michael Higgins, President of Hungary Tamas Sulyok, President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

Congratulations were also sent by Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Prime Minister of Japan Shigeru Ishiba, President of the Serb Republic Milorad Dodik, as well as King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, King Harald V of Norway, King Frederik X of Denmark, King Felipe VI of Spain, and, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
