Pristina's chief negotiator in the dialogue with Belgrade, Besnik Bislimi, said that during yesterday's round of dialogue in Brussels, an agreement was reached on the implementation of the declaration on missing persons.

He added that the first meeting of a joint commission that will be formed is expected next month.

Bislimi stated that other issues such as energy and telecommunications were also discussed, according to reports by Pristina based media.

The director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, said that the Belgrade delegation "demanded and insisted" that the persecution of Serbs in the autonomous province of Kosovo and Metohija cease immediately, and that the ZSO (Community of Serb Municipalities) be formed.

Petkovic said that the last obstacle has been removed when it comes to the implementation of the declaration on missing persons.
