President Vucic receives Admiral Stuart Munsch
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met today with the commander of the NATO Joint Forces Command in Naples, Admiral Stuart Munsch, with whom he discussed issues in relations between Serbia and NATO.
"At the meeting with Admiral Stuart Munsch, we discussed key issues in relations between Serbia and NATO. Serbia's policy of military neutrality remains firm, but we are open to further cooperation in order to preserve stability and security in the region.
We also discussed continued cooperation within the Partnership for Peace program, as well as our readiness to improve all forms of joint activity, including civil response in emergency situations," Vucic wrote on his Instagram account.
As he explained, the plan is to continue work on preserving regional stability and security, while protecting our national interests.
"Serbia is committed to strengthening relations with all partners, within the framework of the principles of mutual respect and equality, and will continue to oppose any form of unilateral actions that may threaten peace and security in the region," Vucic's post stated.
