Petkovic: Instead of creating circus, Kurti should answer some questions
Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic's messsage for Prime Minister of the provisional institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti is to answer some questions, instead of "creating a circus."
Reacting to Kurti posting an animated video on X about the explosion in the Ibar-Lepenac canal, Petkovic stated that Kurti was now up to "editing a cartoon, while it would be good if, instead of this circus he offers, he answered some serious questions, that he is persistently running away from".
According to Petkovic, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija said - Kurti should answer several questions, including who ordered it and how he knew in advance about the attack on the Ibar-Lepenac canal, and how he had a letter ready for KFOR 9 minutes after the attack with a request to send the so-called KBS ("Kosovo Security Force") to the north.
"Where's the proof of the false accusations he made against Serbia in the first minutes after the attack and why, after the fiasco, did he try to ban the Serb List and expel them from the assembly (in Pristina)", are the questions Petkovic says Kurti is yet to answer.
But, Petkovic pointed out, that's why Kurti has turned to posting animated movies, to deceive the public.
"He won't succeed, we will insist on answers persistently because Belgrade, unlike him, has nothing to hide," Petkovic said.
Kurti, claiming that there is "an alarming similarity between Russia's destruction of critical civilian infrastructure in Ukraine and the recent explosion on the Ibar-Lepenac canal" had posted a video clip with graphs and animations related to the event.
