Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has met with Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, ahead of the official opening of the COP29 Climate Change Summit.
Vucic also spoke with President of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides, Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, and member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zeljka Cvijanovic.
During the summit, Vucic will have a series of meetings, and after the opening ceremony, together with numerous world leaders, he will address the conference as the second speaker.
During the first day of his stay in Baku, Vucic met with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with whom he discussed cooperation in the field of energy, as well as with President of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, that he rated as an excellent meeting.
"We analyzed the changes in the world and concluded that the year 2025 will be one of the turning points and defining years for all of humanity.
