Vucic to his party on anniversary of its founding: As a proud member, I expect many more good things from SNS

Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic today congratulated the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and all its members, as well as its leader, Milos Vucevic, the 16th anniversary of the founding.

Vucic, who was the co-founder of the party, said that he now, as a proud member, expects many more good things from the SNS.

"Today is a special day, October 21, the day when the Serbian Progressive Party was formed 16 years ago. I want to congratulate all members of the party, the president of the party, Milos Vucevic, on this birthday and tell them that as a proud member I expect many more good things from the greatest and the best political organization ever created in Serbia," said Vucic.

He congratulated all members of the SNS because of everything they did and for changing the face of Serbia.

"I want to congratulate all members of the SNS for everything they did and for rejecting those who were very bad and for being able to fight against such people in the future, but above all for changing the face of Serbia, that today we live incomparably better as citizens, that our salaries and pensions are much higher, that we have built many roads, many hospitals, railways, schools... Because of the fact we, in the end, received an investment rating, but above all because Serbia today leads an independent, sovereign and freedom-loving policy," Vucic said.

He stressed that he is proud that Serbia is on its EU path, but also nurtures the closest friendly relations with its friends in the East - China, Russia, and everyone else.

"This policy is a source of pride for all citizens of Serbia, and I expect the SNS to win in the future, to change itself, but also to continue to change Serbia," said Vucic.
