Belgrade's previous main bus station is being demolished: This is what the place everyone knows now looks like

We are already getting accustomed to the fact that BAS - the Serbian capital's main bus station - is now located in New Belgrade.

But memories and nostalgia still bind us to the old one. You can see what it looks like now in our video:

The new station has more space and offers conveniences, passengers can use more approaches and everything is well organized.

And where the bus station used to be, a large construction site will crop up, the nearby bridge over the Sava will be shut down, and the whole area will completely change its appearance.

And in order to build something new, the old must be demolished.

A major clean-up operation is underway in this area.

Although the location is full of workers, you can also see the occasional passer-by walking through the former station as a shortcut, out of habit.
