Stormy winds up to 100 kmph threaten this part of Serbia: We also find out how much temperature will drop
After a cold, in places foggy morning, Tuesday will be sunny and warm. The northwest wind will continue to blow today, and starting tomorrow, it will turn into southeast wind.
Temperatures today will range from 18 to 24° Celsius, while on Wednesday it will be about two degrees colder.
From Thursday until the end of the week, strong southeast wind will blow in Serbia, with gusts in the Kosava region, up to 100 kilometers per hour in the south of Banat and in the Danube districts. The Kosava wind will be colder, i.e. anticyclonic, accompanied with dry weather.
During those days, Serbia will be under the influence of an anticyclone and high air pressure, but it will be even higher in the east, and somewhat lower in the west, which will lead to a pronounced gradient and very windy weather.
It will be cloudy in the south and west of Serbia, and sunny in the north and east.
On Sunday, there will be rain in the south as well.
By the end of the week it will become colder, especially during the weekend, when the maximum temperatures will be from 12 to 18 degrees, in Belgrade up to 14°C.
According to current forecasts, a gradual warming is expected from October 22 when temperatures should range from 18 to 22°C.
The average maximum temperatures for this time of year in Serbia are 14 to 18 degrees and the next 10 days will be mostly around, or slightly above the average values.
When it comes to precipitation, there is no sign of significant and abundant rainfall in the next ten days.
It will be mostly dry thanks to high air pressure and the anticyclone, which will prevent the penetration of cyclones, clouds and precipitation systems into the European mainland from the Atlantic.
