Air Serbia has published a statement denying reports published by Croatian and certain domestic portals regarding the inability of three representatives of the Croatian parliament to board yesterday's Air Serbia flight to Zagreb.

By inspecting the system and checking the data in detail, it was determined that the passengers did not reach the boarding gate by the scheduled time.

According to the defined aviation procedures, passengers who are late for a flight cannot board the plane, therefore these passengers could not be admitted either.

The Serbian national carrier provided an alternative flight and hotel accommodation for the said passengers.
