Serbian Deputy PM Dacic meets deputy mayor and director of Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou, Zhang Rui

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic started the third day of his official visit to the People's Republic of China with a meeting with Zhang Rui, Deputy Mayor and Director of the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau.

Minister Dacic said he was glad to be visiting this city for the first time, which will host the final exercise of our special units tomorrow, and recalled that Serbia and China have been fostering their "steely friendship" and brotherly relations for many years, of which an important and inseparable part are police relations.

In this sense, Dacic stressed that it is necessary to continue activities to deepen the cooperation between our ministries and the police in all areas of common interest, especially in the fight against transnational crime.

Minister Dacic invited the Deputy Mayor and Director of the Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou Zhang Rui to visit Serbia in the coming period, who expressed his support for all the efforts aimed at further developing our bilateral relations in the field of internal affairs and security.
