Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin who is attending an economic forum in Vladivostok, in Russia's Far East, has said that it is a lie that Serbia will be handing over its MiGs to France - "it is both a vile and a stupid lie and was released to spoil the meeting with President Putin."

"The enemies of the brotherhood between Russia and Serbia do not exist only in the West, they exist even in Russia. We are used to the lies coming from the EU and NATO that are meant to make us quarrel with Russia, but when they come from Russia, we are surprised by their meanness and stupidity. The lie that Serbia will be giving its MiGs to France is both vile and stupid and was released to spoil the meeting with President Putin. For two years, Serbia has refused to impose sanctions against Russia and that will remain so. If President Vucic wanted to betray the centuries of brotherhood, it would be enough to do any of this and be the darling of the West, but he has not.

Next time you lie about us, keep that in mind," said Vulin, reacting to the lies that originate from a Russian politician who claimed that Serbia will hand its MiGs over to France, which would then send them to Ukraine.
