In other parts of the country, after a sunny morning, in the afternoon and towards the end of the day a more pronounced stronger development of clouds is expected.

The south, southeast and east of Serbia, parts of Pomoravlje and Branicevo districts will see local showers with thunder.

Short-lasting thunderstorms with heavy rain are also expected in some places in these regions.

Today will be very warm, but also humid, with the highs up to 35 degrees Celsius.

Similar weather is expected in the coming days, and the north-east high-altitude current will also be pronounced.

According to current forecasts, this heatwave will continue as we go into September.
