Panic in Belgrade's Terazije Tunnel! Horror scenes on Line 95: "We will suffocate!"

A real drama unfolded today in Belgrade's public transport system, on Line 95, when smoke filled up an entire bus.

A Telegraf reporter who was at the scene reveals that everything happened in an instant, and panicked passengers were forced to exit the vehicle in the middle of the Terazije Tunnel.

"Smoke started to spread from somewhere, as if the bus had caught fire, everything happened in a split second," said the Telegraf reporter.

About 50 passengers were quickly evacuated, as soon as the driver was sure that he could safely stop the bus.

"There was an incredible hissing sound and in five seconds the whole bus was filled with smoke," adds our reporter.

We have learned unofficially that, fortunately, there have been no casualties.
