The Serbian Army noted "the actions of manned and unmanned aircraft and drones' reconnaissance missions aimed towards Serbia, without crossing the (administrative) border." These activities are increasing from all directions.

This information was announced by President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, after the expanded meeting of the collegium of the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army, held at the Banjica 2 army barracks this Wednesday.

He specified that on June 5 and 20, deployment of "Albanian Bayraktars (unmanned combat aerial vehicles) was observed from the direction of Djakovica, up to 5,800 meters, with the intention of scouting the positions of the Serbian Army," reports Tanjug.

"Also, Swedish-German planes were taking photos from the territory that is not under the control of the Serbian Army, from other territories that are not under the control of Serbia, but they get very precise pictures of the presence of security and military forces in the territory of central Serbia," said Vucic.

Since earlier this year, the regional press has repeatedly reproted about "suspicious" flights, while the Aero.rs portal devoted several articles (in Serbian) to these events, in February and March.
