"Our brother, Allah received you and honored you": This is Novi Pazar man's message in support of Zujovic

M.D., a resident of the town of Novi Pazar, was detained yesterday as a flight risk, on suspicion that he would repeat the criminal act he is suspected of in a short period of time.

M.D. is suspected of committing the crime of public incitement to commission of terrorist acts.

During the questioning, the suspect admitted that he supports Islamic State. M.D. previously shared on a social network a photo of Milos Zujovic, a convert to Islam who attacked and wounded a Serbian policeman in front of the Israeli embassy in Belgrade last Saturday.

The attacker was then shot and killed.

M.D.'s caption to the post featuring Zujovic's photograph read, "Brother, our Allah received you and honored you with Jannah (Islamic expression for Paradise), amen, at least you tried something and the situation in Gaza pained you."

The policeman, a member of the Gendarmerie unit, who Zujovic shot in the neck with an arrow managed to shoot back in self-defense, killing the attacker.
