Woman and boy rescued from drowning: Horrific video from Belgrade, torrent carries everything before it

The Serbian capital was hit by a strong storm last night, and the videos that keep coming in leave everyone in shock. After one where a fashion designer can be heard sobbing after the flood destroyed her store, an even more disturbing one appeared. In it, people are seen fight not to drown.

The video from Autokomanda published on X is, to put it mildly, terrifying. A woman and a boy fight to keep from drowning while a horrific torrent carries everything before it. Fortunately, people immediately ran to their rescue.

99 firefighters-rescuers with 43 vehicles and 19 water pumps have been deployed in more than 80 interventions since yesterday.

Firefighters-rescuers were mostly helping people in Krusevac, Trstenik, Valjevo, Mionica, Ljig and Ub, as well as in Vranje, Leskovac and Lazarevac, by removing water from their homes and premises.
