Serbian Defense Minister Gasic visits Kazakhstan, speaks with minister of industry and construction

Minister of Defense Bratislav Gasic met today in Astana with Minister of Industry and Construction of Kazakhstan Kanat Sharplaev, as part of his official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the two delegations discussed the possibilities of improving existing cooperation and implementing joint projects in the field of defense industry.

Both sides agreed that there is potential for joint work on new projects, which would contribute to continued development of the defense industries of both countries.

It has also been concluded that the defense industry is a significant driver of the development of the industry and the economy as a whole, and that strengthening the defense industry and investing in the defense system in reality represents an investment in the stability and security of a country.
