Major police action in New Belgrade: Dealers who hid drugs in truck tires arrested

Police in New Belgrade arrested V.J. (48) and J.S. (39) for unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.

When the police searched the apartment and garage of V.J. in Zorana Djindjica Boulevard, they found two truck tires, boxes and a sack containing thousands of pills from the list of psychoactive substances, weighing a total of about 50 kilograms.

Also, during the search of J.S.'s apartment in Doktora Ivana Ribara Street, who was previously found in the garage where psychoactive pills were located, the police found 6,980 euros and 5,600 dinars in cash.

The suspects are detained for up to 48 hours, and they will be brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade along with a criminal complaint.
