First photos from scene of horrific accident near Obrenovac: Brother of bus driver who died in tears

Bus driver Momcilo R. (56) from Baric was killed this morning around 10 o'clock in a horrific accident near Obrenovac, while as many as 21 people were injured, Telegraf.rs has learned.

All those injured were taken to the Emergency Center and KBC Bezanijska Kosa.

There was a large number of police and witnesses, at the scene, and the victim's brother arrived as well.

Through tears, he told Telegraf reporters that he did not know much about the details of the accident in which his brother perished. Their mother was not yet told that she has lost her son.

Traffic was still suspended on the road as of the early afternoon.

The body of the bus driver was at the scene of the tragedy, covered with a blanket. When the ambulance arrived, the doctors could only pronounce him dead.

Parts of the vehicles involved in the collision are scattered all over the road. Bloody handkerchiefs can be seen around the bus.
