Vucic speaks with Dodik: RS and Serbia will fight for truth together on May 23
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met today with President of the Serb Republic Milorad Dodik.
"The key topic of the conversation was relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Serb Republic and the reaction of the entire Serbian nation to the (draft) Srebrenica resolution in the United Nations General Assembly.
I informed President Dodik about the efforts that the Republic of Serbia is undertaking to protect the vital national interests of the Serbian people, as well as international public law, once again repeating that adopting such a resolution would mean opening a Pandora's box in the future, by opening countless wounds from the past.
At the same time, President Dodik informed me about the talks he had in Budapest with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, and further prospects for the development of relations between Serbia and the RS.
President Dodik warned me that passing a resolution on genocide in Srebrenica will have disastrous consequences for relations within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A special topic of discussion was the upcoming Assembly of the Serbian People scheduled for June 8 in Belgrade, when numerous joint activities will take place, the signing of memorandums and agreements, as well as events that will confirm the unity of the people and our right to save our homes, and protect the right of future generations.
On May 23 the Republic of Serbia and the Serb Republic will fight for the truth, pride and dignity of the Serbian people. together and united," President Vucic wrote on his official Instagram account.
