Serbian Interior Minister Dacic meets with Interpol Secretary General Stock

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with Interpol Secretary General Jurgen Stock.
Dacic stressed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) is a reliable partner in the fight against organized crime and conveyed his interest in deepening cooperation with Interpol, which was intense in the previous period.
The two interlocutors agreed that Interpol is an indispensable and irreplaceable factor in the joint fight against transnational organized crime and that it is necessary to further improve and develop the existing Interpol bases and tools.
Minister Dacic stressed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia will continue working on the implementation of projects from previous years and, in this sense, continue working on deepening future cooperation.
Interpol Secretary General Stock said that Serbia is recognized as a leader in cooperation by this international police organization, as well as that it is a good example in all elements of work, according to relevant Interpol data.
