Watch terrifying video of swing ride accident in Kursumlija: Children fall out of seats, onlookers run away

A video has surfaced of the moment when a swing ride collapsed at a fair in the town of Kursumlija yesterday afternoon.

13 people were injured, including a 13-year-old girl, who is in critical condition.

As can be seen in the video published by the local portal Prokuplje Press, the structure suddenly collapsed, and the children started falling out of their seats.

Interior Minister Ivica dacic said that Jovan Nedeljkovic, who leases the plot of land where the accident happened, and Zoran Ljubomirovic, the owner of the swing ride, have been arrested and detained on reasonable suspicion that they committed a serious crime against general safety.

Emergency service doctors from Prokuplje transported the girl who sustained the most serious injuries, and was in a coma, to the University Clinical Center in Nis.
