The Movement of Socialists issued a statement that we are carrying in full:

"Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev firmly stood by Serbia and defended its positions at the 12th International Meeting of Senior Officials Responsible for Security Issues.

Nikolai Patrushev pointed out that Germany is trying to push through a resolution on genocide in Srebrenica at the UN General Assembly and that it is incredible that the initiative comes from a country that exterminated tens of millions of people during the Second World War and committed countless crimes against humanity that do not fall under the statute of limitations.

Patrushev said, among other things, that the so-called evidence about a genocide in Srebrenica, presented by Berlin, is nothing more than a distortion of the facts and that the ultimate goal is to put pressure on the Serb people, who have an independent policy regardless of Washington and Brussels.

As you can see, Aleksandar Vulin was among sincere friends of Serbia while in St. Petersburg.

When you ask what Aleksandar Vulin was doing in St. Petersburg, read the statement of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, about the disgraceful resolution on Srebrenica. That's why Aleksandar Vulin bothers you," the Movement of Socialists said in response to a frenzy in some media against Aleksandar Vulin, and his presence at the security conference.
