40-year-old Dalibor Dragijevic will be buried today at a cemetery in the village of Zlot. He was arrested on suspicion of helping suspects Dejan Dragijevic (his brother) and Srdjan Jankovic dispose of the body of 2-year-old Danka Ilic.

Just a few hours before he was to be questioned at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar, Dalibor Dragijevic on Sunday died while in police custody in Bor.

According to latest information, the court in Zajecar decided not to allow his father Radoslav and brother Dejan to attend the funeral.

"My client is not allowed to attend his son's funeral. He is in custody on suspicion of assisting in removal of evidence. He decided to remain silent during the questioning at the prosecution. I will file an appeal against the decision to keep him in custody," attorney Nebojsa Zivanovic, who represents Radoslav Dragijevic, told Telegraf.rs.

Dalibor died in police custody in Bor after suffering a heart attack. The autopsy confirmed that he died of natural causes.

Toddler Danka Ilic was killed on March 26 in Banjsko Polje.

The body has not been found.
