Rade Dragijevic, the father of Dejan Dragijevic, who is one of the two suspects in the murder of 2-year-old-Danka Ilic, will be detained for up to 30 days.

The Higher Public Prosecution in Zajecar also ordered autopsy to be performed on Dalibor Dragojevic, who died in the early hours of the morning on Sunday while in custody of the police in Bor. The autopsy will be done by the Institute for Forensic Medicine in Belgrade. An order was also given to gather all the necessary information regarding the death of Dalibor - Rade Dragijevic's other son, the suspect's brother.

In the afternoon, Rade Dragijevic was brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar along with a criminal complaint issued by the police in Bor, suspecting him of assisting the perpetrator after the commission of the crime.

He chose not to make any statements to the prosecution. The judge for preliminary proceedings from the Higher Court in Zajecar ordered the suspect to be detained for up to 30 day, because of circumstances that indicate that he might destroy, hide or change evidence or traces of a criminal offense, and interfere with the proceedings by influencing the witnesses who will be examined.

Earlier on Sunday, 40-year-old Dalibor Dragijevic from Bor, who was detained for up to 48 hours on Saturday on suspicion that he helped his brother after the crime was committed, died while in police custody.
