Different scene at garbage dump where girl's body is suspected to have been left: Is the search there over?

Yesterday, heavy machinery was digging through a garbage dump on Stari Banjksu Road, as the authorities were looking for the body of 2-year-old Danka Ilic.

The Gendarmerie and inspectors were at the same time searching the surrounding area.

Today, the scene is somewhat different. Excavators and trucks are still there, but there is no police and the work is less intense.

Given that, during the search, waste was being removed from the site, it seems that excavators and trucks are only removing what is left of it today, and that there will be no more searches in that area.

On Thursday, it was announced that Danka Ilic (2), who had been missing since March 26, was killed, and the police arrested two suspects, employees of the public utility company Vodovod.

They confessed to the crime, but the girl's body has not yet been found.
