Police have released photos taken at a tram station of two women with a girl believed to be Danka

Austrian police are searching for two women who were filmed at a tram station in Vienna with a girl who is believed to be little Danka Ilic, a 2-year-old girl who disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje near Bor, eastern Serbia.

A citizen of Serbia who works in Vienna filmed the girl accompanied by these two women on March 30 in the Austrian capital.

The Austrian police issued a statement today saying it is believed that the child seen in the video is indeed Danka.

"After relatives of the missing girl looked at the pictures, it is assumed that this is very likely the missing girl from Serbia. The Vienna police asked for the video frames to be published, by order of the public prosecutor," they announced.

At the same, the Austrian police appeal on anyone who might have seen these two women to contact them immediately.

"The tip-offs are anonymous, call 01-31310-33800 or contact any police station," a statement addded.

Danka Ilic disappeared on March 26 in Banjsko Polje, a settlement near Bor, and has been searched for intensively ever since.
