Serbian maid in Vienna: I am convinced Romanian women from the video are known to Austrian police

I am convinced that I have seen pictures of those Romanian women before. This is how a maid from Vienna begins her story for Telegraf, who, like others in Austria, was upset by a video of showing the Romanian women with a child who resembles the missing Danka Ilic (2).

This video, taken in the center of Vienna, was handed over to the Austrian police, who joined the investigation into the disappearance of the Serbian toddler, but there is still no confirmation whether the child in the video really was Danka.

"I am convinced that I've seen pictures of those Romanian women in the city before, that they are already known to the Austrian police. I think they were looking for people like them for various reasons," this woman points out.

Upset and shaken by the whole story, she tells us that the entire Serbian community in Vienna feels the same way.

"Everyone is very upset. We are worried about Danka, what about that video taken here... We also saw a lot of police on the streets. It's really terrible what's happening, after all, it's a child less than two years old," said the maid.

Danka's mother told the police last Tuesday that the toddler disappeared as she turned away to give a drink of water to her other child, and the search has been ongoing since that day.

A clue that brought the whole of Serbia and the region to its feet arrived from Vienna - a video showing a little girl who resembles Danka, accompanied by two Romanian women.

A Telegraf.rs team is currently in Vienna, and last night they visited the spot where the video was taken.
