4,000 days ago, Pristina undertook the obligation to form the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO), and Belgrade received firm international guarantees that this would be done, the director of the Office for Kosovo, Petar Petkovic, said today.

"They lied about everything! Kurti is consistently making it known to the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija that their disenfranchisement is permanent, and to Belgrade that they are not ready for normalization on the ground.

For sabotaging the normalization process, not only was Pristina not adequately sanctioned, but they were rewarded by opening perspectives for membership in certain international organizations. We understand the Western policy of double standards very well!"
