EXCLUSIVE: Video from neighbor's camera taken at the time of Danka's (2) disappearance, March 26 at 13:47

A Telegraf.rs portal crew came into possession of an exclusive video from a security camera installed on a neighbor's house near where 2-year-old Danka Ilic disappeared, which shows a car hurrying past. The girl disappeared yesterday around 13:45, while the car was caught on video at 13:47.

The house in front of which the car was filmed is only a hundred meters away from the girl's family home, in front of which she disappeared.

Our reporter at the scene said that the car was moving from the direction of the Ilic home.

Danka disappeared at the time when the video was taken, and according to her mother, the girl vanished without a trace as she was giving water to her other child.

A search for Danka has been ongoing since yesterday afternoon, and there are more than 350 people on the ground, including the Gendarmerie and police, firefighters and Mountain Rescue Service members.

Juric reveals why SMS about missing child was not sent out immediately

In Serbia, a version of the Amber alert system called "Pronadji me" ("Find me") was activated yesterday evening for the first time, when information about the toddler Danka was sent by text to all phone owners in Serbia so they can help and alert the police in case they have information about the missing 2-year-old.

Director of the Center for Missing and Abused Children Igor Juric said today, that, given the child's age, the police suspected that this was a case of kidnapping and that activating the system in the first moments after the girl's disappearance, would have jeopardized her life.

Telegraf reporters are in Banjsko Polje where they had the opportunity to speak with Danka's mother yesterday, as well as with the worried neighbors who joined the search.
