15-year-old tried to kill police officer: Interior Ministry releases details regarding horror in Novi Pazar

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in Novi Pazar have arrested a 15-year-old from Novi Pazar, on suspicion that he committed the crime of attempted murder.

It is suspected that last night around 11 pm he stabbed a 25-year-old member of Novi Pazar police, using a knife. It happened in a venue in Novi Pazar, that the attacker then fled.
The policeman is treated at the General Hospital in Novi Pazar for serious injuries. The suspect has been brought before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Pazar, along with a criminal complaint.
