Serbian basketball coach Dejan Milojevic has suffered a heart attack, it has been confirmed to Telegraf. Fortunately, his condition has stabilized and he is currently in the hospital.

Dejan Milojevic is a well-known name in Serbian basketball, but also in the NBA, since he has been working in the biggest league in the world for years as an assistant at the Golden State Warriors.

Also, Milojevic is considered one of the most talented young coaches in Serbia, and with the Mega team, he was the first coach to win the Radivoj Korac Cup. After Mega, he spent a year in Buducnost from Podgorica, after which he left for the NBA.

Since 2021, he has been working at the Golden State, with whom he also won the NBA League in the 2021/2022 season.

In addition to his coaching successes, Milojevic also had good results as a player, as he was the MVP of the ABA League three times with Partizan, he was the champion of the Yuba League three times, while he also won the title of the best scorer in this competition twice.

With the national team of Serbia and Montenegro, he won gold at the European Championship in Turkey in 2001.
