Boys (13 and 16) arrested in Novi Sad; 13-year-old suspected as one of killers of 75-year-old Todor (VIDEO)

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in Novi Sad shed light on a series of serious thefts committed in recent days in facilities of various purposes, in the area of the city, as well as several attempts to commit these crimes.

It is suspected that at least nine serious thefts and four attempted serious thefts took place in the area of Klisa and Futog and were committed by a 13-year-old from Novi Sad, while some of these crimes were committed together with a 16-year-old from Novi Sad.

It is suspected that the 13-year-old carried out a number of such crimes in the Stari Grad area as well. Cash and a mobile phone were found on him, which are suspected to have been stolen during the previous days.

A criminal complaint will be filed against the 16-year old in the regular procedure, while the 13-year-old was handed over to the Center for Social Welfare.

According to unofficial reports, the 13-year-old is also suspected of murdering Todor Sunjko (75) in Tovarisevo.
