Young woman searches for her dog who went missing during deadly traffic accident: Help her find him

D.P. (55) from Aleksandrovac died in an accident that happened on Saturday on the Krusevac-Aleksandrovac road near the town of Lukavac, while N.K., a 24-year-old,, who was behind the wheel of a Honda, got seriously injured.

It is suspected that the young woman lost control of the vehicle and landed in the canal. Her uncle died at the scene of the accident.

There was also a dog in the car with them, who has been lost since that day.

"My dog disappeared on December 9 after a traffic accident that happened around 3 pm not far from Krusevac, near the town of Lukavac. I ask all members of the group to spread the word if this is not a problem for you and to contact me if somewhere you find a dog. It is a Hungarian viszla dog, male, 2.5 years old, goes by the name ARI. He is chipped and wears a black harness. It is possible that he is injured and disoriented," the post states.

The investigation is being conducted by the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Krusevac.

The cause of this tragedy is not yet known.

One of the theories is that the dog, which is being searched for, allegedly "distracted the driver."
